Kurt Brueckman

Kurt started at Rocky Mountain Fiber Plus in 1982 at the age of only nineteen as an apprentice lineman.  During the time to follow, he learned the aspects of pole climbing, aerial construction, both coax and fiber splicing, then on into management. His accomplishments with the company allowed him to experience travel to forty-eight of our great fifty states and be involved with over fifty projects nationwide.  He worked as Director of Construction on the west coast, when he met his wife Sheri, the Corporate Office Manager at that time.  After a brief assignment at the Corporate Office, they relocated to the Hartford CT area in 1992 for what was supposed to be a three-year project. Married in 1993 and over 3 decades later, Kurt proudly works with his dedicated and hard-working team to sustain growth and several great customer relationships in that same Connecticut market.

Sheri Brueckman

Sheri started with Rocky Mountain on March 31, 1988, at our corporate office at the time in Kiowa, Colorado.  Her initial hire was in the Inventory/Accounts Payable department where she was also responsible for getting new job locations set up in different states and to get the necessary personnel hired.  Her first major assignment was to help staff and set up the inventory management system at one of largest jobsites Billings, Montana.  In 1990 Sheri was promoted to Office Manager.  In 1991, she met Kurt.  In 1992, they were asked to move to Connecticut for a 3-year contract to rebuild a CATV system for what is now Comcast Cable and were married in 1993.  Over 30 years later, RMFP is still in Connecticut with great success and a great team to work with. She has enjoyed a wonderful experience working for Rocky Mountain for all the years and has been able to travel, set up new jobs, meet wonderful people, and even learned how to splice coax cable.  She is now responsible for day-to-day operations at Rocky Mountain in CT, and looks forward to many more years. 

Debbie Moederndorfer

Debbie began her career at RMFP over 20 years ago and has accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge along the way.  Her role as Administrative Coordinator has included the responsibilities of recording daily production, asbuilt mapping, organizing work packets for our crews, and coordination of the large volume of mandatory third-party traffic control for our workers to remain safe.  Debbie also has been instrumental in time verifications for payroll, and reconciliation of various payables accounts.  For many years, callers on the phone have been greeted by Debbie’s welcoming and cheerful voice.  We thank her for all her efforts and positive attitude that she generates.  

Bill Reardon

Bill came to Rocky Mountain Fiber Plus in July of 2014 after the formation of our underground construction crew. He has over 46 years of experience in outside and inside plant construction, 30 years as an aerial lineman and foreman, 16 years in underground construction management.  Bill has an unwavering attention to detail to make sure that all of his projects are done to the customer’s satisfaction.  Currently, Bill also manages our emergency response resources for several customers. 

Christopher Cyr

 Chris is an Area Manager at Rocky Mountain Fiber Plus and started with RMFP in 1996. Starting as a warehouseperson, Chris soon showed his talents by receiving training followed by successful advancement in skills to master aerial construction, splicing, and CATV plant activation. After a little more than a decade, Chris moved on to the supervision side of the company to assist as a field coordinator for our splicers and found that he really enjoys problem solving along with being able to teach the newer generations our ever-growing industry standards. In 2023, Chris was promoted to Area Manager where he shares responsibilities in managing all the company’s projects. Chris is a true leader that will keep our company evolving and changing with the times into future generations.

David Moederndorfer

Dave has over 29 years of telecommunications construction management experience with Rocky Mountain Fiber Plus starting as a field supervisor and advancing to Project Manager and now Area Manager. Management experience includes both small and large aerial and underground projects including successful coax and fiber optic cable installation, coax splicing and activation and fiber splicing for new build, upgrade, long haul fiber, FTTH and FTTP projects for major communications providers including Comcast, AT&T, SNET, Frontier Communications, GoNetspeed, Verizon, TCI, Century Cable Inc. and Time Warner Communications.

Dave is a team builder and leader, always focused on meeting and exceeding customer expectations and timelines while staying within budgets. Working with both inhouse crews and multiple sub-contractor companies to provide the highest quality products exceeding customers standards while emphasizing a safety-first approach.  Dave is a cornerstone of our company’s foundation.
